1.Marcian Edward "Ted" Hoff, Jr. (born October 28, 1937 in Rochester,New York), is one of the inventors of the microprocessor Hoff, an engineer, joined Intel in 1967 as employee number 12, and is credited with coming up with the idea of a universal processor instead of custom-designed circuits. 

2.Power management of personal computers (PCs) and monitors has the potential to save significant amounts of electricity as well as deliver other economic and environmental benefits. The Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star program has transformed the PC market so that equipment capable of power management is now widely available. • Legal software - When purchasing a computer, make sure it was legal purchased and the CD or other disc and its CD-KEY is included. Many end-users or small computer companies who build or sell computers may not provide you with legal copies of the software, which is illegal and may leave you with a fine or the inability to get updates.

4.Solid-state storage is a nonvolatile, removable storage medium that employs integrated circuits,rather than magnetic or optical media. It is the equivalent of large-capacity, nonvolatile memory. Examples include flash memory Universal Serial Bus  devices and various proprietary removable packages intended to replace external hard drives The main advantage of solid-state storage is the fact that it contains no mechanical parts.
